An expert Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in different industry domains and who can work in different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process.
The key skills are
- 4-5 years of experience with Information Technology with experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- Experience in Healthcare domain and one project in Finance domain is a must.
- Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation and deployment.
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on internal/external consulting, documenting and reviewing Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
- Problem-solving and/or analytical thinking.
- Great skills with MS Suite, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Communities, etc.), as well as other solutions (Mulesoft, Adobe).
- Strong Planning and Coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, ETL is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Salesforce cloud certification is a plus.
